Double Chocolate Chip Collagen Cookies

Chewy inside, crispy exterior, chocolate-y, healthy’ish…what more can you ask for? This cookie recipe is one you want to try out! Let me know what you think below ⬇️⬇️

✔1 & 1/4 cups of gluten-free flour
✔ 1/4 cup of raw cacao
✔ 1/2 cup collagen @organikahealth is my fave
✔1 tsp baking soda
✔ 3/4 tsp baking powder
✔1/2 tsp sea salt
✔1/2 cup of coconut sugar (* if you like more sweetness, you can add 1/2 cup of maple syrup or blackstrap molasses)
✔ 1 cup of chocolate chips
✔1/2 cup melted coconut oil or avocado
✔1/2 cup water

1) In a bowl mix all dry ingredients (including chocolate chips)

2) In a separate larger bowl mix all wet ingredients. Once combined slowly add in the dry ingredients while stirring.

3) Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper

4) Use a spoon to make 2-inch mounds. And place onto both trays with enough space between

5) IMPORTANT STEP-freeze 30 min on tray or place in the fridge for 24 hrs

6) When ready, preheat oven to 350° F and bake 15 to 18 min or until edges turn golden

Note: You can keep on the counter or fridge for 7 days or you can freeze them.
