Ingredients:1 & 1/4 cups of gluten-free flour
1/4 cup of raw cacao
1/2 cup collagen @organikahealth is my fave
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup of coconut sugar (* if you like more sweetness, you can add 1/2 cup of maple syrup or blackstrap molasses)
1 cup of chocolate chips
1/2 cup melted coconut oil or avocado
1/2 cup water

Instructions:
1) In a bowl mix all dry ingredients (including chocolate chips)
2) In a separate larger bowl mix all wet ingredients. Once combined slowly add in the dry ingredients while stirring.
3) Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
4) Use a spoon to make 2-inch mounds. And place onto both trays with enough space between
5) IMPORTANT STEP-freeze 30 min on tray or place in the fridge for 24 hrs
6) When ready, preheat oven to 350° F and bake 15 to 18 min or until edges turn golden
Note: You can keep on the counter or fridge for 7 days or you can freeze them.
