Your initial consultation includes a full assessment of your health history, symptoms, dietary and lifestyle habits. We will review your major health concerns and I will give you a recommended plan of action and materials on topics that include Nutrition, Diet, Fitness, & Supplementation.
An easy to follow individualized holistic plan of action based on your health goals. Categories include Goal Setting, Diet, Fitness, Lifestyle and Supplements, along with supporting resources and documents.
Custom Meal Plan
I will alleviate your stress and worries about what to eat, how often and how much by setting you up with a customized 7-day meal plan that includes full recipes, quantities, grocery lists, snacks, and general tips. This is customized to your specific health goals and objectives.
4 Follow Up Calls
As we dive deeper into the root causes of your symptoms, we will continue to work towards your health goals, make changes where needed and review your progress . We will continue to carve out your own unique path to wellness with 3 follow up calls.

Melissa Cosentino is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner that received her Diploma from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. She is the founder of MellyFit Nutrition where her mission is helping individuals to carve out their unique and individual path to a FIT body, mind and soul. Through her Toronto-based Clinical Practice she offers Nutritional Counselling and works with clients one-on-one and in group settings, helping them along their wellness journey to achieve their health goals.
