What is holistic nutrition?

Holistic nutrition is a system of health care that focuses on a natural and whole-body approach on all aspects on one’s life. It includes the following main areas:

  • BODY: Educating on which foods are nourishing or harmful to our bodies. Including its nutritional content and breakdown, such as macros. Identifying your unique physical and genetic makeup and its impact on your health. 
  • MIND: Emotional support and unravelling the brain, gut & body connection. Exploring lifestyle habits, stress management and movement.
  • SOUL: Spiritual connection, community and practices.
  • ENVIRONMENT – Elimination of toxins and pollutants both to our bodies and the earth

These, together with personal responsibility and a cooperative relationship between a practitioner and client  will promote health lifestyle changes, healing and well-being.
