🍵FRIENDS! It’s finally here- my perfected matcha recipe! Anybody else feeling tired with this cold cloudy and rainy weather? If you are in need of a cozy pick me up this afternoon and an energy boost, then I got you covered ! Also I don’t know about you but I am really missing my weekly visits to our local coffee shop  @thegoodneighbour .
You gotta try this new recipe, it will not disappoint 👌

✔Green Tea – loaded with antioxidants, contains l-theanine (anti-anxiety affects), caffeine boost without the crash, burns fat, lowers risk of some types of cancer…..must I go on?!
✔Coconut Oil – boosts energy (MCTs), fat burning, antimicrobial, aids with digestion, blood sugar regulation, curbs cravings.
✔Collagen – improves hair, skin & nails, strengthens joints and ligaments, boost muscle mass

💚1/2 – 1 tsp of matcha powder
💚1 cup of water
💚1/2 cup of milk (any type but oat milk tastes SO GOOD)
💚1/4 tsp vanilla
💚2 tsp of honey
💚 1-2 tsp of coconut oil / MCT
💚scoop of collagen
💚dash of cinnamon

1) heat milk and water in a small pot on the stove.

2) Place matcha in a blender and add little of warmed milk/water. Mix until dissolved. Add the remaining of liquid to a blender with remaining ingredients.

3)blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Add more/less sweetness, matcha, water/milk as desired.
