This past weekend I went to the 42nd Total Health Show at the Metro Toronto Convention Center. I really enjoy these shows because I love seeing new a focus on natural and healthy products, meet owners behind the brands, and learning about trends in the health market. These shows also have some fantastic speakers , like Dr.Steven Gundry, Joy McCarthy, and Lorna Vanderhaeghe. Unfortunately, I went on a Friday and most of the speakers I wanted to see were on Saturday and Sunday.
I was surprised to the massive booth of Healthy Planet; they took over a large section of the show. With some great deals and pricing. I thought it was a good idea that they had a station for different brands that the store sells with a representative at each section giving demos and information.
Happy to see so many wonderful Canadian brands , many being Toronto based. Supporting local is something we need to do more of. Overall the show was a 4 out of 5 stars and do recommend the show to try some new products on the market and take advantage of some great deals you won’t find elsewhere!
