Hello 2020

ADIOS 2019

After a year of traveling the world with my love in 2018, I knew it would be hard to top that in 2019., And to be honest I couldn’t and didn’t even try…lol. But 2019 did bring so many new and incredible things to my life and I am so grateful.

  • I was reunited with the important people in my life, my family and friends that mean so much to me.
  • I finished my Nutrition program which is the first step into a new career path that has always been my true passion.
  • I completed two 10 km charity runs and had my record-breaking run at 49 minutes.
  • We hiked the Grand Canyon in beautiful Arizona.
  • And we moved into our new Toronto home and became part of an incredible community ( after 8 years of condo living.)

HELLO 2020

At the start of every new year I review my previous years goals and write down my new goals for the year. I believe putting pen to paper when goal setting is extremely powerful and effective. Some of my goals for the year 2020 are:

  • Meditate more often
  • Be Bold | Inspire | Create
  • Focused Breathing
  • Slowing Down in certain areas of my life
  • To not strive for Perfection
  • Build my Nutrition Practice
  • Journal Daily
  • Run a Half Marathon
  • Volunteer & Give Back
  • Explore / Hiking in Ontario
  • Sign Up for a Continuing Ed Course
  • READ READ READ – never stop learning in my field of practice
  • Travel to a new country

I am so excited for this year and what it will bring to my life. Bring on 2020! 😊
