Holistic nutrition is a system of health care that focuses on a natural and whole-body approach to all aspects of one’s life. It includes the following main areas:

  • BODY: foods we eat such as macros, minerals, and nutrients. As well as our physical and genetic makeup.
  • MIND: Emotional support and our brain & body connection.
  • SOUL: Spiritual connection, community, and practices.
  • ENVIRONMENT – Elimination of toxins and pollutants both to our bodies and the earth

These, together with personal responsibility and a cooperative relationship between a practitioner and client will promote healthy lifestyle changes, healing, and well-being.
